Washington, D.C. – President Donald Trump delivered a powerful address to Congress, outlining his administration’s bold economic vision aimed at revitalizing the U.S. economy, securing the border, and eliminating what he called “rampant government waste.” In a sweeping speech, Trump exposed billions of dollars in controversial expenditures, pledging to slash unnecessary spending, reduce inflation, and restore American dominance on the world stage.

In a shocking revelation, President Trump detailed an extensive list of government-funded programs, totaling billions in taxpayer dollars, that he described as reckless and mismanaged. The allocations included spending on foreign aid, social programs, and scientific projects with questionable merit. Among the most egregious expenditures:

  • $45 million for diversity, equity, and inclusion scholarships in Burma.
  • $40 million to improve the “social and economic inclusion” of sedentary migrants.
  • $8 million to promote LGBTQI+ initiatives in Luto, an obscure African nation.
  • $60 million for “indigenous and Afro-Colombian empowerment” in Central America.
  • $8 million allocated to experiments making mice transgender.
  • $32 million for a left-wing propaganda operation in Mova.
  • $10 million for male circumcision programs in Mozambique.
  • $20 million for an Arabic-language version of Sesame Street in the Middle East.
  • $19 billion for a newly formed committee on “decarbonization of homes,” linked to political activist Stacey Abrams.
  • $3.5 million in consulting fees for fish monitoring.
  • $1.5 million for voter confidence initiatives in Liberia.
  • $14 million for social cohesion programs in Mali.
  • $59 million for illegal alien hotel accommodations in New York City.
  • $250,000 to support vegan climate activism in Zambia.
  • $42 million for “social and behavior change” programs in Uganda.
  • $14 million for improving public procurement in Serbia.
  • $47 million for improving learning outcomes in Asia, despite the region already excelling in education.
  • $11 million for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) contracts within the Department of Education.

Beyond wasteful spending, Trump’s administration has uncovered staggering levels of fraud within the Social Security system, revealing millions in payments being sent to deceased or fictitious individuals. According to investigations, Social Security records list:

  • 4.7 million recipients aged 100-109 years.
  • 3.6 million recipients aged 110-119 years.
  • 3.47 million recipients aged 120-129 years.
  • 3.9 million recipients aged 130-139 years.
  • 3.5 million recipients aged 140-149 years.
  • 1.3 million recipients aged 150-159 years.
  • Over 13,000 individuals listed as over 160 years old.
  • 1,039 recipients aged between 220-229 years.
  • One recipient listed as 360 years old—older than the United States itself.

“This is an absolute disgrace,” Trump said. “While hardworking Americans struggle to make ends meet, billions are being funneled into fraud and mismanagement. This stops now.”

The administration has identified over $500 billion in annual fraud and waste, vowing to recover misused funds, reinvest in American workers, and fight inflation. Officials say these efforts will help lower mortgage rates, reduce grocery prices, and protect Social Security for future generations.

Trump also proposed a radical new immigration program designed to attract high-net-worth individuals who can contribute to the U.S. economy. Under the ‘Gold Card’ Initiative, foreign job creators can obtain U.S. citizenship by investing $5 million into American businesses, provided they create jobs and fund scholarships for American students.

“This will bring the best and brightest to America while ensuring American citizens reap the benefits,” Trump explained.

Trump also unveiled sweeping tax reforms aimed at putting more money in the pockets of American workers and incentivizing economic growth. Key proposals include:

  • Eliminating taxes on tips for service industry workers.
  • Ending taxes on overtime pay to encourage productivity.
  • Abolishing taxes on Social Security benefits to support retirees.
  • Making car loan interest payments tax-deductible—only for vehicles made in America.
  • Major tariff hikes on countries with high tariffs on U.S. goods, including China, India, South Korea, and the European Union.
  • Reciprocal tariffs beginning April 2nd, ensuring any country that imposes tariffs on U.S. goods faces equal tariffs in return.

“These reforms will unleash American economic power, bring back jobs, and protect our workers from unfair global competition,” Trump declared.

Trump’s explosive address has ignited a national debate over government spending, economic policy, and fiscal responsibility. With billions in misallocated funds under scrutiny and historic tax reforms on the horizon, the coming months will be critical in shaping the nation’s financial future.

The administration has vowed to restore economic strength, eliminate wasteful spending, and ensure long-term prosperity for American citizens. As Trump closed his address, he reaffirmed his commitment to putting America first:

“The American people deserve a government that works for them—not against them. The era of reckless spending is over. We are taking our country back.”
